Territory Manager

Department: Sales

Position Summary: Primarily responsible for generating profitable business through the sale and rental of EFCO forming systems. Actively prospects and develops long-term customer relationships in a designated sales territory. Approaches prospective customers and interviews to identify customer needs. Develops and delivers compelling sales presentations. Maintains up-to-date awareness of industry trends and competition. Meets/exceeds objectives for invoiced sales and orders.

Requirements: Business or engineering college degree or equivalent, preferred. Construction and sales experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints required. PC skills are required. Must show integrity with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to build positive customer relationships. Strong negotiation skills required. Needs to be able to present ideas and communicate effectively to individuals and groups. Must work well under pressure, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality. Travel required.
