  • The storage basin will measure 293′ (89 m) long x 145′ (44 m) wide with varying wall heights between 29′ to 38′ (8.8 m to 11.6 m) tall
  • A majority of the walls were poured against a rock face and required a one-sided forming solution
  • 15,000 cubic yards (11500 m3) of concrete

Project Overview

The basin is designed to hold water and sewer runoff during severe weather events and then eventually flow into the sewer system for treatment. The seven million gallon (26.5 million liter) storage basin is designed to handle 900 million gallons (3400 million liter) of storm water per day.
