Position Summary: The Territory Manager-In-Training (TNT) position is designed to train new employees on our products and sales processes, to prepare them to become a Territory Manager (TM) and successfully sell concrete forming solutions to the construction industry. Our comprehensive training program includes product knowledge and sales technique training in a class room setting as well as spending time with experienced employees out in the field. You will learn to develop leads, propose solutions, and manage relationships inside the concrete forming industry trends and competition. Meets/exceeds objectives for invoiced sales and orders.
Requirements: Business or engineering college degree or equivalent, preferred. Construction and/or sales experience a plus. Ability to read blueprints helpful. PC skills are required. Must show integrity with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Needs to be able to present ideas and communicate effectively to individuals and groups. Must work well under pressure, exercise, good judgment, and maintain confidentiality. Travel Required.
