Fullerton Finished Water Reservoir – Roseland, Maryland
Sixty years in the making, the new Fullerton Finished Water Reservoir wasn’t considered shovel ready until just this last fall. In fact, Eisenhower was President of the United States when the Department of Public Works purchased land in the Fullerton area to construct a reservoir. Now, as new state and federal requirements require that all treated drinking water be stored in covered tanks, the project is full steam ahead. The purpose for the tanks being constructed is to conform to the new state and federal requirements for treated drinking water to be stored in covered tanks.
