- A single U-turn Bridge consists of twelve pier caps with dimensions of (9.2 m) long x (1.265 m) tall x (4.0 m) wide, with a range of pier heights varying from 3.00 m to 8.50
- Wide range of needed shoring heights which varied from 3.00 m to 8.50 m

Project Overview
The State of Railway Thailand (SRT) signed nine contracts with private contractors to complete the double tracking on 702 km of the SRT network. This phase one of the double-tracking project will cost 69.5 billion baht. The double tracked southern line Nakhon Pathom to Hua Hin, is a major part of the phase one investments with a total of 169 km.
Customer Benefits
- To eliminate placing the footing on compacted soil, E-Z DECK® shoring combined with SUPER STUDS®.
- Temporary support below the shoring system by cantilevering SUPER STUDS off the footing to receive loading from E-Z DECK shoring tower
- Long/Short Jacks provide 5” to 38” 90 cm height adjustments
- EFCO’s maximum post capacity of 28 kips (124.5 kN) per post, enabled the tower to have fewer legs
- Less assembly time and more cost savings to Kunkrit Construction
