Project Overview
The CSO #30 Project is being completed in accordance with PAWC’s Scranton Wastewater Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Long-term Control Plan. This is a 25-year program for the purpose of significantly reducing combined sewage overflow and to attain water quality standards within the receiving streams in and around the city of Scranton.
