EFCO designed multiple sets of predrilled stem forms for the 1-in-24 battered piers that were formed in multiple lifts. In addition to providing equipment for the tall stems, EFCO was able to utilize Joseph Fay’s available inventory of previously purchased EFCO PLATE GIRDERS and support equipment on the large cap formwork. EFCO supplemented this equipment with standard EFCO REDI-RADIUS forms and accessories for the soffit forming. Fay is a very experienced user of EFCO equipment and owns a wide variety of PLATE GIRDER sizes, which were used in the design of the cap and abutment forming designs.
